The theme park itself is alright, lots of fun during a low season. Yet the hotel ‘short break’ package is misleading and caused us to change our plan. The promotion included a ‘2nd day free’ offer and therefore we booked a two-night stay. Yet the day we checked-in the park was closed and our ‘first’ day entry was deferred to our second day of stay. It turned out that because the park was closed on the first day, my ‘first’ day entry was actually my ‘second’ day entry. The manager did not want to help us and only gave us a number to call to the package selling company. It is highly unprofessional. Besides, the lift door closes so rapidly and is so dangerous for kids. Also, a staff member was so inconsiderate, who was inside the lift and did not reopen the lift door and did not let us in.

Regular visitor, well maintained and looking forward to using the water facilities this summer. The pirates walking around and talking to the kids should get a particular shout out as being great fun.

LEGOLAND has some great attractions, but I was really disappointed by a few things during our visit. First, one of the carnival-style games—a bouncing ball game where you have to land the ball in a basket—feels like a total scam. The ball is so bouncy that it’s nearly impossible to win, yet it costs £10 for just five tries. It’s frustrating when you realize it’s a trick, especially when your child wants to try again, and you have to be the one to say no. It’s upsetting that LEGOLAND allows these types of unfair games in a place meant for families. Another issue is the refillable drink cup. It costs £16, which would be fine if refilling was convenient. But refills are only allowed every 10 minutes, and there are very few refill stations around the park. For the price, it should be much more accessible. Overall, LEGOLAND is fun, but I’d warn visitors to avoid certain overpriced extras that take away from the experience.

Very disappointing. Very long queues to very simplistic baby rides and all the more exciting rides were closed. Most r ides I'd say are aimed at 5 to 6 year olds but very hard on kids queuing for such long times. Maintenance also very poor and soooooo many closed rides. Visited in February off peak so dread to imagine the situation in spring and summer. Guliver land parks a million times better and fraction of price

Great for the kids but food and drink really expensive on top of the highish admission charge

This place used to be so good. We had a short break, two days in the park and one night in the hotel. On arrival the hotel carpark is close to the hotel (just across the road) but it is gravel... Not ideal with suitcases! There was work being done on the front of the hotel so you didn't really get that wow experience from the outside! We entered and was immediately greeted by a lovely lady that gave us a lift pass so that we could enter the park. We arrived at 12 but couldn't check in until 4, I felt this was late for the price that you pay, most hotels are 3 at the latest. The tickets on my phone wouldn't scan to enter the park, that was a bit of a faff but eventually they read them and let us in. The atmosphere in the park was awful, staff didn't want to be there, so many rides were closed but we made the most of it thinking that they would be open the following day. We got a text at 4.05 to say our room was ready. Check-in was simple. The hotel is really fab for little ones, I wouldn't bother to pay for the view of the park, it will be closed anyway when you are in the room. Our bathroom door didn't lock but it was clean and the extras that we paid for were nice (beach towels, lanyard and Lego) We had seen reviews of the food so decided to go in to Windsor for dinner. The soundproofing is awful. Lots of excited little ones running around until midnight, then they started again at 6am. Definitely not the place for a good sleep. The beds were really comfortable though. Breakfast was awful! Again the staff were all miserable, it was packed and the quality of the food wasn't good. Coffee was awful! The second day it poured with rain and we ended up leaving at about 1. We won't be back again.

Whilst working in the area, I stayed at the Legoland Windsor resort hotel because it was great value (because the park was closed). It's a fun themed hotel and has a little puzzle in each hotel room, all you have to do is solve the puzzle to win the prize! A lovely touch. Only downside was restaurant was closed when I was there, so had to eat at the bar, and the menu was limited, but it did the job for me.

We booked tickets upfront and arrived at 11am. I knew it would be busy since it is midterm, but I couldn't imagine it would be packed. The first ride we went was Ninjago, the app said the waiting time is 30mins...we were standing for 1h 35 mins...kids were exhausted and disappointed. Since we came just for 1 day, we realized we need priority if we want to try atleast few rides and not only 2-3max. So we had to purchase one shot for Sky lion, Sea adventure, Laser smth and Dragon ride. It cost us an extra £160 for 4 of us. The laser ride was a complete waste of money. The sky lion was amazing and the sea adventure was not bad, but too short. The dragon ride was fun but extremely short ride. We also managed to squeeze in for the Fairy story ride which was actually nice and 4D cinema which was lovely too. Since a good few rides were closed that day in February, there were very long queues for everything else. Legoland shouldn't sell so many tickets for one day with limited rides working. I emailed customer service to ask to refund at least some of one shot rides, but they offered a 10£ discount for future tickets. It is a joke. First of all because we are never coming back most likely and second of all we don't live in the UK. So was £350 worth Sly lion and 2 more nice rides? Absolutely not. By the way, never buy a hotdog there... stomach problems guaranteed.

My family and I visited last Sunday it was an awesome day The only negative is the pricing of food and other buyable item were extortionate for example £8.75 for a hotdog £10 for two ice creams the driving school the licence isn't free anymore the basic package is £13.99 without a photo and £26.99 with a photo and that's on top of the ticket prices I'm sorry but they are just profiteering off the general public especially during these hard times Legoland really need to rethink the pricing as at the moment it's not good value for money which is disappointing

I went here two times because I really liked it here.I loved the decorations here and how nice the people were.I rode three rolercoasters and I had so much fun.I also ate a lot of food and it tasted really good.If I could stay a little more time in London I would visit it again and I recommend you to here as well.
